Music video: First Blog Post

 The song my group is doing is called Lacy by Olivia Rodrigo.  My initial ideas when it came to filming a music video was just to record it and not use any editing tools like CapCut. My group discussed topics like stalking, nostalgia, and heartbreak. We really wanted to have a stalker vibe music video. We discussed it but it was too complicated to break down the different levels so we decided to narrow down our choices. So we decided on the topic of jealousy. I think jealousy is something that everyone snuggles with. So we want to portray a message of how jealousy can really take over someone’s life. We planned on splitting the work equally.  For example, I will film one part of the music video and the other members will do different parts so we can all learn aspects of filming and equally put in work into the music video. We all will be present in the video as well so we all can equally be in the video and share the same responsibilities of the video. Dereck will probably record the exposition and rising action part. Emma will do the climax part. I will do the falling action and resolution.
