Pre production for the Sweding project

 My teacher assigned a project!! In this project, my media group has to recreate a scene from a movie. We decided to pick the White Chicks dinner scene. We picked the film White Chicks because we love humor!! We also know that we want to work with humor for the film opening so this will be good practice!!!

Pre production: Before filming me and my group made sure to work on Mis-en-scene. I ordered the blonde wig that was needed for the White Chicks scene. We also decided what costumes we were going to use to film. I gave Dereck and Emma my debate clothes: Black suit, Pink blazer, and other professional clothes. I made the scripts as well. I found the screenplay of White Chicks online and I found the scene we wanted to do. We also got blonde eye brows spray for Emmas eyebrows to make her look more like the character. Everyone in my group also rewatched the film so it would be as accurate as possible. Emma and Dereck worked on the dramatic facial expressions and tried to memorize most of the lines. We wanted to film at either at Chillies, Apple bees, or Ihop. We put together a filming schedule since my group could not meet to film on certain days!! The main challenge is the location as many restaurants are not friendly about filming. If we can't film in a restaurant then we will film at one of our houses!! 

 We will start filming tomorrow!!
